We use Australia Post to deliver within Australia.
Goods are available for delivery within Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, USA and Canada on the terms set out on our website. Packaging and postage are an additional charge, automatically calculated at time of purchase. Ownership of the goods passes to you when we have received payment in full. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we despatch the goods from our end.
We endeavour to accept or reject your goods order within 3 days. If we have not responded to you within that time, your offer is deemed to be rejected. We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase, but we will always do our best to keep you informed at all times.
At our discretion, we may reimburse you for any goods delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us and will find the requirements relating to return of such goods on our ‘Shipping’ page.
Once you have notified us through our website that you wish to return faulty, damaged or undamaged product, you may return the product to our storage facility, at your expense, so long as you provide valid proof of damage. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods we may, at our discretion, agree to reimburse you for the amount initially debited for the purchase.
All orders are sent in the most time efficient means available and contingent to what means you select at checkout. Monday – Friday your orders will be dispatched within 1 day (24 hours), if placed before 12pm we aim to ship same day if possible. If there is. a query with your order after you receive your tracking number, we recommend contacting the carrier first before initiating a query with LEGION Legacy.
