All items can be returned for an exchange within thirty days from delivery date if they are unworn and unwashed. After we inspect your goods and if it is not in a good condition (including removal of tags and packaging) your request will not be actioned and you will be liable for any costs to send the goods back to you.

Change of mind

Goods purchased can be returned within fourteen days from the date of delivery for a full refund (excluding sale items).

Items returned beyond fourteen days from the date of delivery period can be exchanged or a store credit issued within thirty days from the date of delivery.

Please inspect your goods as soon as they arrive in the mail.

Returns will only be accepted if the items are unworn, unwashed, size label intact and with original packaging intacked.

Our team will inspect your item and if it is not in a good condition your request will not be actioned and you will be liable for any costs to send the items back to you.

Sale item

Items that are automatically discounted on our website. Items that are not full priced. Items that are purchased using GIVE10 discount code.

Discount codes cannot be applied to items that are automatically discounted

All sale items are subject to your returns policy. This means sale items can only be exchanged for another item of similar value or a store credit issued (unless it falls under the Australian Consumer Law (WA).

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend any orders already confirmed and this includes price matching items that were purchased for full price.

How to lodge a return

You are currently responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

Contact us:

  • Fill in your issue including your order #
  • It should be 6 digits and is not your After-pay number. You can find your order number through your order confirmation email.
  • Ship the goods back to us (you are responsible for paying for the shipping to return the goods) and you can use any carrier you prefer. 
  • Don’t forget to contact us first so our team can process it correctly.

Please allow 2-3 days from the date the parcel is received by us to process. We will email you to notify you of the outcome of your return

If you do not provide your details prior to posting, we are unable to process it and not liable for your return not being processed correctly.

Faulty items

Please contact us immediately via contact us below and include photos of the faulty or incorrect goods.

Our customer service support team will contact you via email and we will try and resolve your query as best we can.

DO NOT RETURN any incorrect or damaged items before getting in touch with us.
