Refund Policy

We have a thirty-day return policy, you have thirty days after receiving your goods to request a return.

Eligibility for a return, your goods must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of your purchase.

To start a return, contact us a contact@legionlegacy.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted for the refund.

Damages and issues
Please thoroughly inspect your order upon its arrival and contact us immediately if the goods are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific goods and order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We understand that you may not want to wait so let’s get you your gear immediately.


You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method to the sales price. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process, this part is out of our control.
